Delivery & Shipping
We ship to most global destinations via DHL Standard or Express, with exception for Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. As of February 2022, there is a suspension of delivery services to and from these countries.
We are currently unable to support checkout to European destinations, but this will be supported in the coming weeks. Please contact us for any questions.
Deliveries are usually between Monday and Friday 9am to 5pm. Please note that some services vary by regions.
Shipping times are guidelines only. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
After placing an order, you will receive an e‐mail confirmation. This will be followed by another e‐mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e‐mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
All items are shipped directly from our warehouse. You will receive regular e‐mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status on DHL by inserting the tracking number supplied.
If you are unavailable to receive your order when we deliver we will contact you and attempt to redeliver. If we are unable to redeliver, the order will be returned to us and you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
We are happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment we have processed your order. After that, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page.
