Do you have a shop or physical store I can visit?

We currently only retail via our own website and online partners. Some stockists may however choose to include More Joy in their stores. For a list of stockists, please Contact Us or message us via Chat.

How do your items fit / How do I find the right size?

Most More Joy garments are androgynous relaxed fits. Some T-Shirts come in standard, others in oversized fit. We try to detail specific fit details on every product page, but if you have any doubt we will gladly provide measurements. Just Contact Us or message us via Chat.

Do I need to create an Account / What is the purpose of an Account?

We give you the choice to create an account at checkout, but this is optional – you will never need this to shop or use our website.

An account will save your details to make future checkouts more convenient, and also allow you to view historic orders and account information.

No password is needed for an account – you will simply receive an email with a one-time, 6-digit code that you need to enter to log in. Note that the log in must be with the email address associated with the historic order.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process orders same day (except weekends or bank holidays), and you should receive tracking details via email thereafter. Delivery times vary by destination, but you can find our guidelines via Delivery & Shipping.

How do I return an item / What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item(s), please contact us at customercare@morejoy.com with your order number, items for return and feedback. 

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping to us and therefore bear the responsibility for customs. If you have any questions please contact us.

How do I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer an exchange process. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I cancel my order?

We are happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment we have processed your order. After that, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page.

What if I need to change or adjust my order?

We will try our best to help with any change requests up to the point of shipment. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error on your order confirmation.

When will you release new product / When is your next drop?

We release product in seasonal drops, with intermittent limited edition capsules and collaborations. To be the first in the know, sign up to our newsletter!

How long does it take for my refund to process?

If your return is approved, you should be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Note it may take a little longer during peak periods.

The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking?

Our More Joy Classic range is often restocked by popular demand – but for limited edition capsules, once it's gone it's gone. In either case, we recommend you register to 'Notify me when back in stock' on the product page and to our newsletter in case something similar returns.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Our community benefit from a 15% off code when registering to our newsletter. We do also occasionally run promotions or special offers – subscribers will always be the first to know!

How do I use my gift card?

All gift cards come with a unique code. Simply add this into the code field at checkout and click apply. The billing amount will immediately be updated, and your gift card value adjusted accordingly.

What is the connection to Christopher Kane?

More Joy is the brainchild of Christopher and Tammy Kane, and first featured in their Autumn Winter 2018 collection. Whilst run by the siblings alongside the Christopher Kane brand, More Joy is an independent business and garners a unique following. You can visit the other brand at www.christopherkane.com.
